College Scholarship Impact

Each year, our WEN Chapters award college scholarships to young women seeking degrees and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), and ultimately joining the energy industry.

Professional Grant Impact

In 2023, the WEN Foundation awarded five professionals with scholarships for educational certificates. This investment will equip them with the skills needed to navigate the evolving energy landscape and position them for career transformation and broader industry impact.
